Art Attack!
Tonight from 5 – 10 is the Arts Goggle sponsored by Fort Worth South. Several friends of Cowtown Chronicles will be displaying their works at various locations in Fort Worth South, including Kevin, who’ll be showing at Urban Realty Resources (1240 College Ave.), and Cassie, who’ll be showing at the Rahr Brewery (701 Galveston) from 7 – 10. Entry to the brewery is $5, which includes a pint glass. They can’t legally sell their beer from the brewery, but they’ll fill that pint glass for free, so long as you can still walk up to the bar and form coherent sentences. Also of note is that they’ll be tapping the first kegs of their new Oktoberfest beer tomorrow night! Get there early to be sure you get some!
Jenna and I had the pleasure of attending the Gallery Night in the spring with some new friends we met through the bike shop. It was a great time, and we ran into several people we knew while we were wandering around what seemed like a hundred different galleries and studios. Well, the fall installment is happening this Saturday, and it’s completely worth your time to go participate!
