So, I was actually defending all this rain we’ve been getting as good for us, and a nice way to recharge the reservoirs and aquifers and whatnot. Not any more.
Now I’m just tired of it. My deck hasn’t been dry in over a month. I’m afraid to go in the back yard because of all the bugs and the waist high grass, and my dog won’t leave the deck to pee. I’ve always said I prefer a dry climate to a wet one, and these last three weeks have just cemented that opinion.
So, if you’re a cloud and you’re reading this blog, tell your buddies to ease up a little! We’re soaked, and we’d like a chance to dry out and maybe see a baseball game. Please.

How was the ride to Rahr, guys? Sorry we couldn’t make it, but we were too busy not freezing our butts off, holed up in the house. It freakin’ SNOWED this morning, and the forecast says it’ll do it again tonight!

Why do three of my favorite bands have to be playing on the same night? The Theater Fire plays the Chat Room at 10, Brave Combo plays MacHenry’s at 9, and The Gourds are playing the Aardvark.
Decisions like these are agonizing to me…

Gosh, you’d think that a section of Google News where there are a bunch of stories about Dell and how they’re restructuring their manufacturing operations would have a picture of like Michael Dell or one of their computers, or the corporate logo.
You just can’t get away from that Steve Jobs guy! He’s all over the internets!
